How does billing work?
The Friends and Family Plan is billed monthly at $15.95 per month for a one-year contract. Billing is automatic and convenient.
What happens if I need emergency service?
Friends and Family members receive priority service and have their standard $39 service fee waived when work is performed. Emergency and after-hours fees are separate charges and are NOT waived.
Can I cancel my membership?
The plan requires a one-year commitment. Early cancellation will result in billing for all prior discounts received during the membership period.
What about additional units?
The plan covers up to 2 HVAC units. Additional units are available at the member price of $55 each. Multiple water heaters can be serviced with additional units available at member pricing.
How do I maintain my warranties?
Regular maintenance through our Friends and Family Plan helps maintain manufacturer warranties. Any maintenance or alterations by non-Bacon technicians may void extended warranties.

- Fixtures will be checked annually to maintain warranties
- Maintenance or alteration by anyone other than Bacon Plumbing Heating Air and Electric may void any warranties
