For over a week, I have been attempting to get the leak stopped in my toilet. What I really needed was to change out the shut-off valve, so I could stop wasting so much water. Most other companies wanted to go into the wall, tear into the valve from the back, and charge me an arm and a leg. The Bacon tech came in with a Can Do-Will Do!! attitude from the get-go. They had the issue fixed in about an hour, at an extremely reasonable price. It's so nice NOT to hear the sound of wasteful water now. I'm very happy, and will definitely be using Bacon for my plumbing and electrical needs from now on! Thank you, Bacon Team!

A minor adjustment was made and we now have a fully functioning toilet again. This was after another plumber told me that the entire toilet needed to be replaced (shameful). Wow, incredible service by the entire company. From the high-level communication by text and email, the tone and demeanor of the receptionist and dispatcher, to the exemplary service and effort provided by Dawson Grimes. To the owner or whoever hired these people, you have the right mold, don’t change a thing. The genuine sincerity and effort was refreshing. My home is old, and I care for my 90 y/o mother with dementia at home. A non-flushing commode is a huge problem. This company parted the seas to get to us. I am very grateful. This was my first time dealing with a water issue. My bill jumped three to four times the normal bill amount. I called the water company, and they said they could see that my home showed water usage constantly every hour of the day. I remembered seeing the Everyone Loves Bacon vans around town, so I called them. They came within a couple of hours to do a check and give an estimate. The lady on the phone I spoke with was very professional and kind. I don't remember her name, unfortunately. Conner was the tech that came to my home. He also was professional and friendly. He let me know my upstairs toilet was running due to warped parts in the tank. He explained all my options so I could choose what best fit my needs and budget. He also offered to sign me up for their Friends and Family. He explained in detail about the program. He was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. I did sign up for it. This was my first experience with a plumbing issue and using Bacon. I don't need to look for any other plumber for future needs. Because of the great experience both on the phone and with Conner, Bacon will be my go-to.
