The whole experience with Bacon Plumbing was fantastic. I booked my appointment online and within 20 minutes or so I got a call to confirm the appointment. Willy let me know when he was on his way. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He explained the membership advantages and gave me a quote for my repair with and without the membership. I chose to add the membership because it includes checkups for several systems. Willy made sure he got my kitchen sink flowing well. My disposal needs to be replaced, so he did hook it back up. I asked Willy about a product we should use to help remove any residual grease left in the pipes. He explained about the product that they suggest and the cost. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in such a way that it was easy to understand. I will definitely use Bacon Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends and family!
