I went online first thing Monday morning after being away for 4 days for the weekend and returning to hear water running. They were here by 9, diagnosed the issue (a hot water slab leak) and recommended a fix after discussing an alternative. Then they were able to start right then and finish mid-afternoon. No one wants a plumbing leak, and the resulting necessary holes in walls, but this was a very good experience and we’re back to new (as new as one can be in a 40-year-old house).

As was the first service for leaks detection, hydrostatic test, isolation test performed on November 1st was excellent. Isolation detected 2 leaks in the sewer pipes. Blake again, explained in detail and choices of repairs plus offered financing with 0% interest if paid in full by end of term. What I like the most is no pressure of selling other services by Bacon. November 2nd, the crew, consisting of 8, came and dug to prep so all pipes will be rerouted outside instead of under the foundation. It's a big and expensive project but the professionalism, courtesy, and humor plus what was done so far, it's worth it. I highly recommend Bacon Plumbing. Request Blake M. if you need consultation. Jeremy found the root cause of the problem in a matter of seconds. He noticed the mainline on our sprinkler line was leaking. He also noticed we were losing about 1/2 gal pm.
