I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I was in need of 2 outdoor hose bib replacements, so I contacted 5 and 2 of 5 plumbing companies replied. One didn’t bother to reply to my request, much less send someone out to take a look, and another replied with a quote but never replied to my request to have someone come out. I’m thinking maybe this project is peanuts and not worth their time, but it’s important to me, so I kept searching. I remember seeing a Bacon work van in my area and sent them a request to have someone come out. There was no delay; Bacon immediately contacted me within minutes with tech availability. Their tech Tim Newton comes out, assesses the project, and provides me a quote on the spot. I accepted, not just because they were the only ones to come, but because I felt I got the no-hassle, or trying to mark up the cost, treatment. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and did just that. I couldn’t do both bibs today, but I will certainly be using them again. Mr. Newton’s professionalism and thoroughness is exactly what I look for when it comes to customer service. If you can ask for Tim Newton, I recommend it; he will take care of you. Outstanding work, outstanding service from beginning to the end. Nice job Bacon.

Bacon did a great job as usual. Extremely responsive via text, always confirms when the tech is on the way, ready to go upon arrival, professional appearance, shoe covers to keep the floors clean, polite, got the job done efficiently and quickly. This was a faucet replacement installation. The reason for the four stars instead of five is that upon removing the old faucet, there was some grime underneath that needed to be cleaned before installing the new one. The technician asked my wife to clean it and looked on while she did so, rather than just doing it. I guess maybe this was technically outside the scope of the job, but Bacon is not the low-cost provider; we pay a premium for the service. This left a bad taste in my mouth when my wife told me about it. Otherwise, a solid experience.

9/24/25 FAUCET INSTALL Kenneth did a wonderful job. I have a new, beautiful faucet for my kitchen. 1/21/25 Another awesome tech, J.P. (Just Perfect), came for my scheduled heater tune-up and discovered that my air ducts needed to be replaced. He showed pics of the ducts and explained, in detail, what was wrong, why it was wrong, and what needs to happen. He gave me a lot of tips to keep my heater running tip-top. I love Bacon and their honesty. 9/15/24 Continued awesomeness! My bathroom sink sprung a drippy leak on 9/12. I called Bacon, of course. The amazing office folks "Officers" got on it, and Jeremy came out that day. He assured me he could fix it but wanted a new faucet. During the process, the Officers notified me of any changes or delays in timing. He made it back on the 14th around 6-ish p.m. He worked about 2 hours and got me fixed up. It was his BIRTHDAY for chrissakes. I now have a pretty new faucet and continued respect for Bacon Plumbing. "Everybody Loves Bacon." Seriously, if y'all have any plumbing issues, you need to call Bacon. You won't be disappointed. ❤️ 7/30/24 Love, love Bacon Plumbing. Jeremy arrived exactly on time for my 1st annual plumbing inspection per the Family Plan. He was thorough, capable, informative, honest, and extremely personable. He, like all the Bacon experts, explained and educated me to the process as he went along. The staff called me to follow up after he left, which is rare.
