The individual that showed up gave off an outstanding impression of this company. His diligence and punctuality left only one conclusion: outstanding, reputable, diligent service above the three other companies that offered services. I talked to other military families, and they gave off the same impression. Complete and total sewer restoration. I talked with the dig crew, and my tunneling project was vastly smaller for a 16,000 square foot house, and they can handle one three times the size of mine in a day. Last Saturday a whole army of repair guys were here to complete the job.

Blake explained the procedures to run the sewer test. Outside, he showed me a couple of areas where we have standing water in the sewer line. He did a flush and sent a crew to remove tree roots that are causing a buckle in our line. After the cleanout, we experienced a strong sewer smell in the downstairs toilet and laundry room. I ran water to fill P-traps and the smell faded.
