Excellent service from start to finish! The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was causing the clog in the pipes. He walked me through the issue, showed me exactly what was going on. I really appreciated how informative and patient he was. On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful. Most importantly, he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend his services!

I had a great experience with Bacon’s Plumbing thanks to their technician, Juvenal Delbosque. He came out to help my aunt with a major main drain issue and, from start to finish, his professionalism and customer service were top-notch. Even though the drain wasn’t able to be fully cleared during the visit, Juvenal went above and beyond to do everything he could. More importantly, he took the time to clearly explain the situation to my aunt in a way that was patient, respectful, and easy to understand—which meant a lot. What really stood out was his commitment to making sure the issue didn’t stop there. He ensured that a supervisor would come out first thing the next morning to continue working toward a resolution, knowing how inconvenient this situation was for her. That level of care and follow-through is hard to find. Because of Juvenal’s dedication and excellent customer service, I will absolutely be using Bacon’s Plumbing again in the future. Highly recommend!

Parents' home had a stoppage in master bathroom. Dad 94 & Mom 92... so I stepped up to assist to find a plumber. Bacon came out for the work and did a fantastic job. Introduction at the door by Blake M. Step by step walk-through of how they were going to assist. Camera was used to help identify the problem. Blake & his assistant with him today. Very professional, friendly & courteous to my parents. They saw my dad's military pictures (32 years Army / 2 tours Vietnam) and thanked him for his service. We were also offered a yearly service plan for checking on plumbing & electrical for the home. We looked at, saw the value and thanked them for sharing this plan for our parents. Great job today! Team Bacon!
