Definitely using Bacon from now on Jun 15, 2026

Updated: Also had a good experience today with Austin D. from Bacon regarding a leaky sink. Fixed within hours of my request for service. Excellent explanations all along the way. ***** We had a slow-draining tub that had only a temporary fix by another plumber (from a different local plumbing company—and we were charged an arm and a leg). But Dawson G. from Bacon got to the source of the problem with a full camera inspection and a power snake, showing me everything that was going on in the drains on camera. He encouraged me to watch everything he did, and he was an excellent teacher, even drawing quick sketches of our plumbing system for me in order to explain the problem. I know so much more now about how our plumbing works—and he checked and cleared all the other slow drains in the house, too! He worked solidly for over two hours, and I paid only a bit more than for the previous, non-Bacon plumber (who had worked for 20 minutes max and didn't even try to find the deeper issue). Dawson G. went above and beyond! Definitely using Bacon from now on.

Juve Made It to My House Quickly May 24, 2026

Needed to snake a drain on a Saturday morning, and Juve made it to my house within a couple of hours and had work wrapped up in less than an hour. Once he found the issue, he gave me the options and pricing. The drain had to be snaked from inside the house, but he cleaned up any mess and walked me through the repairs he had done to show me it was working correctly once he finished. The price was competitive to that of other plumbers I’ve used in the area.
