We had a fantastic experience with our technician, Cole, who came out this morning to service our HVAC. He arrived at 8:30 a.m. after we put in a call yesterday evening that our thermostat stopped working.
Cole was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. He clearly explained what he was seeing with our unit and was not only knowledgeable, but efficient — he diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and was in and out in under an hour.

Extremely responsive via text, always confirms when the tech is on the way, ready to go upon arrival, professional appearance, shoe covers to keep the floors clean, polite, got the job done efficiently and quickly. This was a faucet replacement installation. The reason for the four stars instead of five is that upon removing the old faucet, there was some grime underneath that needed to be cleaned before installing the new one. The technician asked my wife to clean it and looked on while she did so, rather than just doing it. I guess maybe this was technically outside the scope of the job, but Bacon is not the low-cost provider; we pay a premium for the service. This left a bad taste in my mouth when my wife told me about it. Otherwise, a solid experience.
