This was our third recent occasion to use Bacon (Plumbing, Heating, Air, Electric); and all three occasions have been 100% top quality. Today, Hayden, an experienced electrician, came to replace 24 ceiling lights with new flush-mounted LEDs, and to replace two outdoor garage 'carriage lamps.' His work was highly skilled and efficient! He also communicated expertly so that we would know any challenges he faced in getting the job done absolutely correct (e.g., in one instance, the initial opening created for a ceiling light had left a gap which couldn't be completely covered by the new flush-mounted light, so he ensured that the gap was facing away from normal viewing distance). Hayden also completely cleaned up and took away in bags all of the old lighting, boxes, etc.—which I now see is usual Bacon practice—very much appreciated. He also noted that our breaker box did not have surge protection since our house is a pre-2020 build and such protection was not then a building code requirement. We were extremely glad that he brought this to our attention and installed the needed protection on the spot. That alone showed total professionalism. Not just doing the requested job, but thinking preventively as a quality electrician should do.

I had Bacon Plumbing come to fix my landscaping lights. Since then, the lights kept on giving problems. They came out twice to fix the issue. If they troubleshoot the faulty one, the next day there is a problem with some other area of the landscape lights.
They are unable to identify the issue and now I am left with faulty work after spending $680. They are not true to their warranty. They say they provide a 5-year warranty, but it is all a scam. They are telling me if they have to come out again they will charge. Please be careful—if the work they do does not get fixed all throughout, they will not take the responsibility and you will be left with a more messy work!!
Update of my review on 5/20—Bacon took care of the problem and refunded the money. Debbie was very professional and courteous to address the issue.

We had a really tricky electrical problem, and Zac and Gage solved it expertly! Our narrow interior home stairwell has four ceiling lights which are inaccessible without the creative use of very tall ladders (the highest point being 21 feet high). In less than five years of use in a new home buy, three lights had already gone out. Two other electric companies and a lighting company passed on the job as being too complex (i.e., probable use of improvised scaffolding in a confined space). We saw a Bacon work van in our neighborhood, loved the company slogan, and gave them a try. So glad we did! Zac visited twice to try out an initial option and get precise measurements. Today, he and Gage returned and replaced all four using a unique device to steady a tall ladder on varying steps. It took skill (and courage!) and we are so happy.
