Brent figured out what he needed to do and presented me with the estimate. He also gave me the option to replace my breaker box. There was significant pressure applied for me to have that job done. However, once I told him firmly no that I did not want to do that, he got on with the smaller job. Unfortunately, he did not have the parts needed to actually finish the job today, so he has to come back tomorrow.
So, while I appreciated his professionalism and energy, I really was a little disappointed that the job couldn’t be completed. Finally, I thought the estimate on the smaller job to be a little expensive.
I changed my rating from four stars to five stars. When he came back when he said he would and installed the parts that needed to be installed without any problems, he did a good job.

We are very pleased with our service we received from Bacon. The ladies who man the phones were so pleasant and helpful. Tim, our AC tech, has been fantastic and as he was servicing our unit noticed that our electrical panel was not in good shape. We needed a new AC unit and he was prepping us with that and explained every step to us so we didn’t have any questions. Aaron, our electrical tech, was equally fabulous and both our new electrical panels and AC unit look so nice and pretty! We are very glad we contacted Bacon and again very happy with our service!

Dylan and Aaron were amazing electricians and provided an excellent experience when replacing our home’s outdated electrical panel. We knew when we moved in that the electrical work from our inspection was going to be top priority. Dylan came out to give the estimate and explained everything thoroughly. What really stood out was his excellent customer service skills; we wanted to hire a team that was personable and we knew would do a great job. When getting quotes from other companies, we immediately knew that Dylan and the Bacon team were going to be the ones.
