Just bought a house in Carrollton, and unfortunately both of my water heaters went out. Thankfully, they were able to give me a quote, much better of a price than three other companies that tried to upsell me, and come out the next day!! Not only did they go ABOVE and beyond, these sweet men even helped me with a small leak and moving a heavy moving box upstairs!! The work was quick, easy, and absolutely perfect. I will definitely be switching to them!!!

Let’s start off with the excellent communication from Bacon. Text messages, reminders, and sending a picture of my repair technician were all pluses with me. Nate with Bacon did an AMAZING job. He was on time, professional, answered all of our questions, gave wonderful recommendations, pointed out other areas that might turn into a concern, ensured he covered his shoes when entering our home, and gave extra love to my little dog. He repaired my broken PVC pipe on my irrigation system very quickly and flushed my tankless water heater. He went above and beyond the call of duty and for that I am so grateful. We are Bacon members now and I look forward to working with Nate again.

Max was amazing. Before he started the job, he explained the process of locating the leak and what it would cost. There were no surprises! Once he found the leak, he explained the options for the repair. He also did a thorough job of servicing my tankless water heater! I love how this company operates. I have a Family Plan with Bacon Plumbing, and the quality of their technicians, like Max, and their customer service people who provide phone support make that plan worth every penny! FYI - when I first called, AI answered and gave me incorrect information. I started to cancel my plan and find another company until TJ clarified the error. So glad I was able to quickly speak to a real person. That misinformation almost lost a customer!

Matthew was able to recycle the water heater that had stopped working to get the burner operational to confirm that the tank was leaking internally. Within 2-3 hours, he replaced the defective water heater, replaced a corroded cutoff valve, installed sediment traps on both water heater gas lines, and drained the water heater to remove sediment from the heater that didn’t require replacement. Matthew was very professional throughout, and the final outcome was exceptional.

Brandon Moore was my technician, and he did an amazing job. He knows his stuff, and he was very efficient. When he performed the work, I had to have my tankless water heater replaced. He replaced it in a little under two hours by himself. He made sure that things were working, and he took the time to explain things properly to me. There was something else going on with my waterline outside that I thought was from the water heater, and it was not. He made sure to shut that off so I don’t have that problem any longer. I will definitely be using this company again because of Brandon. After three months of no hot water, we finally have hot water again!!

Just my first experience with Bacon Plumbing. I had them come out to flush my water heater. My technician, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Annoying they won’t give pricing until they come out, but there is no inspection fee for them to come look at the unit, or at least there was not in my case. The price was very reasonable, however, despite my hesitancy! Would recommend.

Brandon and Dylan were fantastic. As a matter of fact, I'm putting you on my Nextdoor page. The time and the care taken by the company itself is reflected through its work crews. I feel real guilty for a variety of reasons. But the main one is when they came to install the first water heater (and of course, no one knew), the size of the door was too small for the size of the water heater. So they had no choice but to come back Monday, and it actually took less than an hour to install. Needless to say, I am a very happy camper. I also happen to be totally humbled by the fact that this item was given to me as a gift. I don't know anyone from here at Bacon. It just happened, and I am tremendously thankful.

My water was not getting hot fast enough. The Bacon guys arrived on time and put on the shoe covers. They checked both water heaters and the pipes. They adjusted the temperature settings on both heaters while explaining what was happening and why. I like that part. Great service, very professional and informative.
