Anthony figured out the problem and gave us three quotes, which is what I like, basically to everything in the middle and what could effectively help. Gabriel and Markus were our technicians today. They got to it, keeping us informed as they went. Our heating system is about 12 years old and the ductwork and connection 27 years, as old as the house. They cleaned the ducts and replaced original parts that had deteriorated, reconnecting ducts to the heat system. Installed a filter on the heater where there was none before. Also added another air return vent in the ceiling because the one we had was not enough. We are looking forward to a more comfortable house this winter and a lot less dust because everything on our system is sealed. The men were professional and courteous and cleaned up before they left. We are extremely satisfied.

Only thing that I was taken aback on was the price of the dryer vent cleaning. Been seeing online that average cost for that service is between $102 and $179. The $482.38 charge seemed a little high.

I've not had a bad experience yet with any of their services, albeit for one issue where an A/C duct came loose from the unit and was no longer blowing air in a couple of our rooms after previous work was completed. They promptly came out and fixed the issue with the duct that had fallen off at no cost to us. Will still gladly do business with them in the future.
