Fixed So Quickly on Christmas Eve
With this cold weather/winter storm we’re having, my outdoor unit just couldn’t keep up. At 2:00 in the morning, Christmas Eve, it gave this horrible loud screeching sound, so we shut it off, and I immediately called Bacon. I figured they’d be closed for the holiday and left a voicemail, but they called me right back, put me on the schedule for today, and had a technician out here in about 12 hours (WAY faster than I expected). I like that I received both a call and texts when the tech was headed my way and that they send a picture of the technician so you know who to look for. Danny J did a great job, was very professional, didn’t try to oversell me, and has the unit back up and running. I’m so thrilled that it could be fixed so quickly and on Christmas Eve!
