Had a fantastic experience with all of the teams from Bacon. The initial technician Hector was honest, kind, transparent, and didn't try to oversell me and gave me all of the options, not just the most expensive ones. When it was determined our best option was to replace the full unit, David the service delivery manager was incredible—again providing honest and transparent options, and worked diligently to help us get everything taken care of. The teams that installed our new units (literally the next day)—Christian and his team and Austin—were incredibly efficient, thorough, detailed, and ensured all our questions were answered and everything was taken care of, and provided incredibly detailed photos and information. It was clear they didn't cut corners and ensured it was done right for the longevity of the unit. While no one wants to have to replace an AC unit unexpectedly in the middle of Texas summer, the team at Bacon made it incredibly easy and stress-free and did a phenomenal job. We will continue to use Bacon for our heating/cooling needs along with air & electric if needed.
