Called Bacon for quotes on replacing a breaker and installing a PRV to reduce water pressure on a house we are selling. They provided same-day service at no charge for the technicians to come out and quote. Technicians were prompt and very professional.

Our incoming water pressure was in the high 80s. Our tech, Austin, did a great job installing a PRV, expansion tank, and repairing a toilet tank. He arrived in the morning and was very professional. Now, we won't have to worry about damage to our pipes! Thank you!

Cooper Was Awesome! Jul 21, 2025

Cooper was awesome! He was called out due to what we thought was a pressure issue; turns out it was not. Cooper took the time to check everything in our house, then inspected a water system we have. Then was kind enough to tell us that it was the water system and he "could" fix it but would void a warranty we’ve already paid for. This thoughtfulness shouldn’t go unnoticed. He took the time to find the issue, educate us on it, and thought ahead of what could be. Due to his effort, our water was fixed within a few hours from the other company, but we owe Coop a big thank you!

I Don't Use Anyone Else but Bacon Jun 24, 2024

Updated 11/04/23: We had a surprise high-pressure water leak. Bacon responded within 40 minutes of me calling. I’m absolutely amazed by Bacon’s frontline/office communication and response to messages. It’s 7 a.m., but they act like it’s 11 a.m. and they’ve already had 6 cups of coffee. Hard to explain unless you hear them on the phone at 7 a.m. I’m lucky if I speak English or even complete sentences. Kris (plumber) was able to isolate the leak and fix it without too much damage to drywall. Kris was excellent and completed his repair efficiently and professionally. I don’t use anyone else BUT Bacon! Previous review: I continue to be very impressed by Bacon and the services they offer. Had the seasonal furnace checkup done and at no time did Austin (our tech) try to push or guilt me into buying some upgrade. He did provide some recommendations based on what he saw, but never in a sales pitch way. He said the system was running good, but these are things you need to look ahead on. So not only does he do a very thorough job, he provided me with info on what to look for in the future with my system and how to keep it running smoothly. It doesn’t sound like a big deal, but when you’ve dealt with other companies and they treat a tune-up visit like a used car salesman opportunity, it is a big deal to be treated with honest service. Thank you, Austin, you did an excellent job!

I am incredibly thankful for Bacon saving us this week. We lost water pressure without notice on Friday morning. Every plumber in the area was fully booked due to the freezing temperatures earlier in the week, but Bacon was great at getting us on the schedule and trying to find one of their technicians who could get to us and help us. The culprit turned out to be the water softener rebelling against us and shutting off the water to the house. I never would have found that. The water softener wasn't beeping or giving any indication that it was the literal bottleneck in our plumbing, but our Bacon technician solved it. He said this was only the 2nd time in 9 years that he has encountered this, but that just makes it even more impressive. He was able to find a problem that was completely out of the ordinary from what he normally encountered. All in all, I am very pleased and incredibly thankful to the Bacon staff (Erika) who was able to get me on the schedule and kept me updated every day as they tried to find someone to come out and help me. Communication was great and their technician (Kistopher) was professional and knowledgeable. I would happily recommend Bacon Home Services to anyone who was in need of plumbing assistance.
