He also advised me that my ceiling vents were not facing the correct way for efficient cooling or heating. Kyle and the team from Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric did a thorough job. I had a challenge with multiple ACFIs and they inspected/replaced them all after verifying there were no other issues. I was offered multiple discounts and able to get a Family and Friends discount which paid for the first year itself after today's visit. I'm happy with the service I got today and will be even happier if my challenges don't reintroduce themselves. I don't believe they will, but if they do, I have the 5-year parts and labor warranty!

Amazing service. I'm not sure where they find their customer service team, but they are excellent. Aaron installed a new outlet. He walked us through our options and answered all our questions with ease. He even offered to help me bring in groceries! I was on the fence to sign up for their monthly service plan, but the level of service I received from their CS team and Aaron made the decision a no-brainer. I cannot recommend them enough. This kind of service is rare.

Bacon is a great company to rely on when you need just about anything done. Our outlet to our fridge went out, and we got someone out within an hour of calling to fix the issue. We had breast milk in our fridge for our baby, and our technician Zac knew what that meant to us and made sure he got here as fast as he could so we could make sure all the milk stayed fresh! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem very quickly. Would recommend Bacon to anyone!

The Only Thing That Has Gone Right Feb 6, 2024

Having a nightmare fixing my septic system. The only thing that has gone right is the electrical work Bacon did for me. Had an outdoor electrical socket replaced. Total price was $341. Not sure how this price stacks up to other contractors, but what I was most pleased with was the communication. We hire professionals to do jobs that we know nothing about and have to trust them at their word. My Bacon technician really went the extra mile to help me understand exactly what work he was going to do and then walked me through the work he completed. I will definitely be hiring again.

Mason came out to install a new electrical outlet for my wife's ironing board. I can't believe that he responded so quickly. I called this morning and received same day service, on a Saturday no less. There wasn't an upcharge for weekend work. I am proud to say that I am a friends and family monthly member. There is no trip charge and a 15% discount is applied to the bill. I am proud to have Bacon as my contractor choice. Also, scheduled an AC inspection in the near future. Ty Bacon Services...
