I would like to say I love Bacon Plumbing in Rockwall. It was awesome, Ryan as well, and the septic department was awesome. He also sent you his guys out. That would be great as well. Didn’t ask for better customer service, Joe M. and Drake W. They were very detailed, and all their explanations went over everything. It was great. I haven’t had customer service in a while like this, and I’ll give them a thumbs up. Please give them a try. You won’t be disappointed, as I am a privately owned cleaning business myself. I know what customer service is all about. Shout out to Bacon Plumbing, Heating and Electric. They do septic as well, and that’s how I got them on my list.

Jon was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain the whole process step by step, making sure I understood what was happening and why. He also went above and beyond in helping locate the service ports, which was no small task. His attention to detail and willingness to thoroughly walk me through everything really stood out.
Unfortunately, he did have to deliver some bad news about one of my tanks not being in the best shape. Even then, he handled it with honesty and professionalism—no pressure, just straightforward information and helpful guidance about next steps.
To make things even better, his manager quickly followed up with a quote to switch over to an aerobic system. The turnaround time was impressive, and the pricing was very reasonable. It’s clear this team values transparency, efficiency, and customer care.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service. Jon did a fantastic job, and the entire experience—from explanation to quote—was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!
