Didn’t ask for better customer service, Joe M. and Drake W. They were very detailed, and all their explanations went over everything. It was great. I haven’t had customer service in a while like this, and I’ll give them a thumbs up. Please give them a try. You won’t be disappointed, as I am a privately owned cleaning business myself. I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company, and I can’t say enough good things about Jon, the technician who came out to help us.
Jon was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain the whole process step by step, making sure I understood what was happening and why. He also went above and beyond in helping locate the service ports, which was no small task. His attention to detail and willingness to thoroughly walk me through everything really stood out.
Unfortunately, he did have to deliver some bad news about one of my tanks not being in the best shape. Even then, he handled it with honesty and professionalism—no pressure, just straightforward information and helpful guidance about next steps.
To make things even better, his manager quickly followed up with a quote to switch over to an aerobic system. The turnaround time was impressive, and the pricing was very reasonable. It’s clear this team values transparency, efficiency, and customer care.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service. Jon did a fantastic job, and the entire experience—from explanation to quote—was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure what’s going on with the septic. Sedrick was unable to fix the problem. We just got our septic pumped out about 2 weeks ago. Sedrick says it’s full again. He is going to have to get someone else to come out and look at it. Sedrick was very nice, sweet, and kind. He called before he even got out here and asked if I needed a drink that he was getting one. How thoughtful was that?! Anyway, Monday I guess we will find out what the problem is and why the tanks are already full after 2 weeks of pumping them. As always, I look forward to working with Bacon.

Dawson was wonderful.
My septic had backed up into my shower this morning. I called the company that normally pumps for me, but they didn’t answer. I called Bacon, and they were very responsive and came out right away. Dawson was wonderful. He looked at my tanks, cleaned out my main line to make sure there were no issues going into the house. He made sure someone could be out today to get it pumped. It was a bit more expensive than the other company I used before to pump; however, Dawson was very thorough and provided excellent service.
