An appointment for someone to come out to fix the problem was made for later today! 🙂 So it's now the next day. The technician was Sergey Nikulin. He was very nice and professional. Also so funny! Well, on a Friday afternoon we had a water leak somewhere… I called 3 companies that advertised “we do emergency work” and was told that the earliest they could come out was Monday.
Called Bacon, and they told me they would have someone out in the next few hours. Jesse M. was the plumber that showed up and found the leak (it was the buried line by the sidewalk). He fixed the line and changed out a bad shut-off valve. Just under 3 hours to make the repairs.
I was out of state when this happened. He called me and told me what was going on and how much it would cost. Very upfront about everything! Jesse was great, very friendly and professional, A+ in my book.
