Cesar and Mario did an awesome job fitting my new HVAC system! Could not be happier. Thanks also to Hector Castillo for his initial diagnosis (awesome) and Daniel L for follow-up electrical work. Four super professional and friendly guys who did a great job. I also very much appreciate being given complete technical answers to questions without being patronized and no "mansplaining." Had some issues with an HVAC install with another company and called Bacon to come out and double-check the work. Robert Jones came out and checked the system on the day I asked. He pointed some things out, made some recommendations, explained everything, and addressed my concerns. I liked Robert; he was helpful, friendly, and professional. Reasonable service call price of $50. I would call Bacon again.

We’d like to thank Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric for such a positive experience with the installation of a new HVAC system! From start to finish the people at Bacon were easy to communicate with and were extremely professional. Step one was thoroughly examining our home and current HVAC system. They discovered some minor changes that would make our new system work more efficiently and explained it well. Next, they scheduled the installation of a super efficient Amana HVAC system the following day. They were prompt and on time. The installers were careful with our flooring and furniture as they brought the new unit in and took the old unit out. At the end of the installation, you would’ve never known we had workers in the home or any type of installation. The house was as clean as it was before they arrived. As they tested the unit, we were taught how to use the new thermostat. We highly recommend Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric for all your household needs. Recently I contacted Bacon because one of the HVAC units in my home was kaput. I met with Brad, who gave me three different estimate choices and he went through the features of each choice. At the end of our meeting, I felt confident in my choice. FIRST GOLD STAR At the same time, I had a small plumbing issue that Bacon fixed and also had my hot water replaced. SECOND GOLD STAR I love the fact that when scheduling each of the services, I received a photo and name of the technician in a text message. THIRD GOLD STAR I was so impressed that I had my other HVAC unit replaced! After both units were installed, I had some questions about automating the thermostats. Bacon sent a field supervisor to help me get this sorted. FOURTH GOLD STAR Overall, I have never been more pleased with the exemplary customer service, superior workmanship, quality products, and expertise I received!! FIFTH GOLD STAR My only complaint is that I’ve run out of stars to add to my review. Bacon stepped up and provided a much-needed service when I requested a quote to replace my HVAC unit in my home. I found them through Angi's List and I was skeptical at first. Since I had little time to get a quote, I decided to hear them out since they seemed quite ready to come immediately. Their quote seemed informed and not filled with marketing jargon like "deluxe," "premium," and "supreme" models. It was specific, and they provided me with unit specs that they recommended. I certainly appreciated that and accepted their proposal. The next day, they sent a highly qualified team of two brothers who took full measures to protect my home and install my unit. The team struggled a bit to install a much larger unit but were quite experienced and determined to do a good job. They still had trouble getting the unit running because of some connection issues, but were willing to come back the next day on Saturday morning to bring a service tech to help them troubleshoot the issue. They succeeded and completed the task to my FULL satisfaction! I fully intend to keep this company close and become a member of their maintenance plan. Great experience! Hector came right away. Unfortunately, my HVAC is shot, so I need full replacement, but the team was great. Took the time to walk me through options, and we found a system I could finance at an affordable rate. Next day install is happening, so I'm very happy considering the circumstances. I also had Kaden come out and assess my water heater, gave me some quotes, and tested the water quality. Great job!

Hudson was a good guy. He ran into an issue that caused a short and, well, it was going to be another repair, but he spoke with his manager Brad, and we spoke about it. They were willing to repair the damage that was caused, but in reality the system was 20+ years old and it was time to replace. He went through our options and gave us time to decide. We went ahead and got the new HVAC installed the very next day, and the installer Jonathan and his helper, whose name I can't remember, were amazing. They came in and got right to work. It was a 5 hour job, but they did a very professional install. Looks very good—way better than whoever installed the old one.
