Hector Castillo was on point. He is amazing!!! Hector literally took the time to look over everything and took his time in doing so. Then advised me on what service I needed. After making a phone call, I settled to get my A/C capacitor replaced due to it being overworked in a 4-year-old house. He explained everything in a well-understanding way. He said he had the parts on hand, so I decided to get the work recommended done. After explaining he was more of a senior tech in the company, how could I refuse his knowledge? Now I feel I can rest easy knowing I paid $600 versus $15k.

Really impressed with both Reese and Justin Bullard. I had an AC unit that was installed by Willard that had gone down. Both Reese and Justin were able to uncover that the unit was still under a warranty with Trane and the service would be covered by Willard. Instead of hiding that information from me and making a sale, they were very transparent and suggested I call Willard to have the service done since it would be covered.
