Miguel Cardoso did an amazing job helping us figure out why only part of our electricity was working. He checked everything thoroughly, was polite, smart, and clean. Then he helped us figure out what to tell Oncor because this was a street-to-the-house issue. He double-checked all of our wiring and breaker boxes, tightened everything, and then didn’t charge one thing because we are on the friends and family plan with Bacon. Highly recommend.

Today was the 4th time I've had a Bacon technician at my house to install, fix or add something. They are beyond fair and their professionals always go above and beyond. As a woman, having work done on my house can come with risk, but Bacon has found the best of the best people to work for them. I'm always at ease, they tell me everything that's happening and treat me respectfully. Today Zach was the electrician that did work on my place and he also went above and beyond. They spoil me, they really do. Excellent company, excellent professionals, exceedingly impressed.

Zac recently installed new security cameras for me quickly and efficiently. He communicated unknown issues that arose during installation and also double-checked previous work to ensure everything would continue working properly. Communication was great throughout, from the point of setting the appointment, even starting out with the AI assistant who answers the phone. Don’t freak out, I’m 65 and loved it. A month ago we had a small rainstorm, but the lightning had other ideas for our home. We got struck, and being without heat, half of the house with no power, water heater broke, ceiling cracked, and our tile blew up. We called insurance and they sent someone out two days before Thanksgiving and a week later as well. They told us to wait in getting anyone to come and inspect and give us a quote for damages. They wanted to assess the damages first. After all of their inspection was complete and we saw the missed items that were not in our insurance’s list, we decided to call Bacon Plumbing Heating to give us quotes on everything. They sent out Andrew B. and Max to inspect all the damages and they were very knowledgeable and very helpful with explaining all of our damages, and what it would cost us. They also told us they would send everything to the insurance company. We told them both we had some issue with our insurance and we would be paying out of pocket. They gave us a name of a company that we could use to finance to help us pay for all the damages to get our home safe again. The next day Andrew came out to work on the 17 breakers that were burnt out, and did input a GFI in our breaker box. He also brought pictures from the burnt wires that were struck by the lightning as it passed into our home. We were blessed he saw that, so that we wouldn’t have a house fire after they left from the exposed wires. Andrew fixed everything and made it to inspection ready. Then we had HVAC Luis come replace our thermostat and the AC breaker box that had been fried from the strike. He also took pictures and fixed all the issues. It was also great to have Luis speak Spanish since I can speak both English and Spanish. We also had Marcos and Julian come in and replace our tankless water heater and reprogram our water heater thermostat. We also asked them if they could do a gas test, just to make sure that the lightning didn’t break any gas lines. I was so happy they could do that for us, since I was so scared the lightning may have done more damage we hadn’t seen. The test came out good and all the young men did an EXCEPTIONAL job, by making sure that our home would be safe again. They were very knowledgeable in their fields, very respectful, since the hubby had to be at work. And they were very empathetic to the way I felt about making my home safe again, since I had been in a house fire when I was a little girl. Thank you for the great work! And thank you Bacon for having all the licensed technicians under one roof. Thank you Andrew, for coming back again to add a plug for us for a bidet toilet. We never had a plug by the toilet, but he got it done.

We had to get some electrical stuff done in the house and our tech was Andrew. The experience was great from beginning to end. Andrew was very informative about what the prior contractor did wrong and what he would be doing to rectify the situation. He came and did a thorough job and also provided pics and a detailed summary of what he did. Definitely a great guy you have working for your company. Would recommend him to anybody.

Update: My doorbell just went out last week, so I ended up installing a new doorbell, some security cameras, and uninstalling my old intercom system from 1979! Alexis Gonzalez came out and figured it all out for me. Can’t tell you how impressed I was with this young man. Very knowledgeable, professional, and understood how to get the job done! Original: I recently used Bacon for an emergency electrical situation around eight at night. My usual electric company that I use does not do after hours! Just last week, I called Bacon for my HVAC system and they replaced one of my entire HVAC systems. They were very easy to work with and the price was right. The east side of my house is now nice and cold! I can’t wait to use a new furnace when it gets cold outside! Everyone I’ve dealt with (on the phone or in person) at Bacon has been very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive! I highly recommend this company for all of your issues!

He educated me on the three different programs Bacon offers for surge protection; I will likely opt for tier three (3) and request that Andrew Brown perform the install. Also, later in the evening, the HVAC tech Jason M., aka Nate Bargatze, was awesome as well. He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and clean. He even put back my hose… what a gentleman. Thanks, Jason! I mean Nate! Today, 11/12/2025, Tyler, plumbing expert, came out to perform/conduct a flushing of my tankless water heater and inspection of my plumbing system as a whole. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his craft that I appreciated the education with regards to things such as, but not limited to: water main locations and how to maintain them, quality of water, how to maintain the tankless system, and winterizing hose bibs on the exterior of the home. He is awesome and indicative of the quality of service vis-à-vis Bacon.
