Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Talk about commitment to customer satisfaction, Bacon is that 100%. We had 3 x 240 amp circuits installed along with switches for three outdoor patio heaters last year. They worked well until they didn't. Apparently, the original install was not best practice and two of the three heaters stopped working. We called yesterday, they were able to make it out today, stood behind their parts/labor warranty completely, and upgraded the wiring and parts to get us operational. All under warranty with no questions asked, just a commitment to doing things right. I'm using Bacon for all my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Thank you!!!

It started with a late-night emergency HVAC issue, followed with routine maintenance to then become a complete electrical rewiring of a 1929 historic Oak Cliff duplex with all new gas lines (inside and out). This meant we were working with numerous departments and teams within the Bacon company. To make this happen for a duplex with two tenants took a ton of coordination, and they couldn’t have dispatched better teams. Max and his plumbing team, Brad and his HVAC, and Dan with his electrical team went above and beyond—all polite, prompt, and communicative. Highly recommend.

I was charged $293.25 to reconnect a loose wire
I had an issue with the doorbell not ringing and was charged $293.25 to reconnect a loose wire in the home, which took all but ten minutes. I was connected to Bacon Plumbing through a third-party source. I had a great experience with Desiree, who explained that this was nothing that was uncommon. I agreed to a $39.99 trip charge. She was very pleasant. The service tech was also pleasant. The issue I have is due to lack of understanding of the mechanics of how a doorbell works, I only checked the wires on the outside, neglecting the wires inside the home. Once the tech checked outside with a voltmeter and found power, he immediately checked the box where the sound was emitted from. Instantly we both saw a dangling wire. He reattached the wire—problem solved. He magnanimously agreed to waive the trip charge in lieu of the $293.25 total charge. Essentially, I was charged between $897.75 and $1,759.50/hr. I was promised a call back to discuss the charges, which to date has not happened. After receiving a call a few days later, and having the miscommunication explained, I have updated the comment and my rating to reflect my satisfaction with the outcome and resolution provided.
