Technician Xavier Completely Saved the Day
I had a frustrating experience with the scheduling and dispatch office at Bacon Plumbing and Heating. I texted multiple times trying to get updates on when the technician would arrive, but communication from the office was very poor. At one point, I even started wondering if we were still on the schedule for the day. This would result of the one or 0 stars on this review.
However, technician Xavier completely saved the experience and the day. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with his inspection and work. He explained everything clearly, showed pictures of the service performed, and gave us great recommendations and instructions on how to keep our HVAC system in top shape.
Because of Xavier, I decided to stay with Bacon instead of looking for another HVAC maintenance company. From now on, we will specifically request Xavier as our HVAC technician.

Bacon has been an excellent plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company. I first hired them to fix a plumbing issue. The plumbing had been landlord-specialed by a different company. Bacon fixed it right the first time. I had a faulty HVAC system installed by a different company that was limping along, and Bacon kept it running for a few months. Once I saved up, I hired them to replace the HVAC from the ducts on down. I also got them to blow some insulation into my attic. Then, I had them replace the service drop on my older home from a droopy fascia mount to the code-compliant modern style. They topped all this work off with a new breaker panel and new front lights. Everyone except the electrician was absolutely professional in every way. The electrician was a strange bird, but he did good work, so I can't really complain. It's nice to come home to a house that has no issues. I mean, that is worth its weight in gold, frankly. Yeah, Bacon isn't cheap. But I pay for execution and reliability. I'm sure I can get cheaper work done, but would it be worth it in the end? They stand by their work, and I can call them and actually speak to someone immediately. Booking appointments isn't an ordeal. If something isn't quite right, it gets taken care of expediently. I recommend Bacon, and with the amount of work I've had them do, I'm in a position to do that.
