All of the technicians were kind, knowledgeable, and informative, advising us of each action prior to performing them. They were all the best technicians EVER! We were truly treated like family, and they treated our house as if it was their own, cleaning all of our vents new and old, covering furniture, etc. in each room, and afterwards they even vacuumed up all of the vent debris from EVERY room. We didn't hesitate recommending them to all of our friends and family because of our great installation experience from Bacon and its technicians!!

He pointed some things out, made some recommendations, explained everything, and addressed my concerns. I liked Robert; he was helpful, friendly, and professional. Reasonable service call price of $50. I would call Bacon again.
