He didn't try to upsell us on the latest expensive technology; he just gave his honest opinion from the work he completed and let us decide what we wanted to do. I’ve Never Heard of a Company Doing Things Early
The first man came by to give us some information and a quote, saying our service provider would be coming by the following day. I received a message saying the service provider was coming today shortly after, and when he explained, he said he had some extra time, so he figured he would come by and take care of our needs today instead. I’ve never heard of a company doing things early!!! 11/10 I am extremely pleased!

Technician Xavier Completely Saved the Day
I had a frustrating experience with the scheduling and dispatch office at Bacon Plumbing and Heating. I texted multiple times trying to get updates on when the technician would arrive, but communication from the office was very poor. At one point, I even started wondering if we were still on the schedule for the day. This would result of the one or 0 stars on this review.
However, technician Xavier completely saved the experience and the day. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with his inspection and work. He explained everything clearly, showed pictures of the service performed, and gave us great recommendations and instructions on how to keep our HVAC system in top shape.
Because of Xavier, I decided to stay with Bacon instead of looking for another HVAC maintenance company. From now on, we will specifically request Xavier as our HVAC technician.
