We lost electrical power in our home on a Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning I called Bacon and a tech was here in only an hour. Zach was professional, knowledgeable…the whole package. We were back up and running and got a clean bill of health on our panel and sub panels. Zach was fantastic. I recommend without reservation!

I had an electric emergency after hours. It had me worried that it may cause a fire. I would not be able to get a good night's sleep worrying about my family. I called at least 8 companies claiming to be 24-hour emergency service. None of them could come until the next morning at the earliest. I finally got to Bacon, and they had someone here in 1 1/2 hours. Jimmy arrived and was excellent. He kept me informed with everything he was doing every step of the way. He also broke it down so I could understand. He was kind enough to answer all my questions, some of which may have been silly. Ultimately, he found that the problem was not with my home but on the Oncor end. He even called Oncor and got them to send an emergency response to resolve the problem at 5 a.m. I recommend Bacon 7 days a week and twice on Sunday!! Jimmy is a true asset to the company, and if all technicians are like him, you will not be disappointed. In addition, the price for emergency after-hours service was extremely reasonable for a 2 a.m. service call!
