I recently had some repairs done at home this week, 3-9-26, and would like to thank three awesome and professional employees:
1. Zac Dwyer: Zac came out to replace some electrical outlets in my kitchen and replaced some switches in my electrical panel in the garage. Zac was so determined to make my house safe and was very meticulous in his work. He was a hard worker and was so kind. I appreciated his efforts and kindness, and I felt that my house was safer when he left.
2. Travis Prater: Travis came out to help me make a decision on what AC system replacement that I needed for my home. He was very thorough and went through each of the systems. I felt as if I made the right decision based on his explanations. I am very pleased with my new system. Travis was very knowledgeable on each system that he presented.
3. Justin Bullard: Justin was on-call when he was notified to come to my home. When I turned on my new heater, all of my smoke alarms went off. I do understand that there will be some burning of oil with each new installation, but I have never had my smoke alarms go off. Justin took care of the issue and stayed until he knew that I felt safe and confident in my system. He was very thorough and verified that everything was installed correctly and working as it should.

They called when they were on the way, arrived at the time they specified. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. Who doesn’t love Bacon? This company is amazing. I called at 7:30 a.m. for an estimate and Brad came out the same day. Brad is very, very knowledgeable. He took the time to measure, test, and figure out exactly what size units I needed for my home. I thought I needed a 3-ton and 4-ton unit; however, I only needed a 3 and a 3 1/2-ton unit, saving me money. Brad also was able to give me an estimate before he left. I had two prior estimates that I waited a day each for. I chose Bacon because of the professionalism and extreme knowledge of Brad and the great reviews I read before calling them. Call Bacon and you will not be disappointed.

Professional and polite staff
The office and installation staff at Bacon are all very professional and polite. This was a large job replacing an A/C system, but they accomplished it within seven hours. They had a staff inspector visit to make sure the work met their standards, and he corrected a couple of minor things. Both my son and I have taken their friends and family agreement, which not only gives discounts for air conditioning work but also plumbing, electrical, and garage door servicing.

Wow! I had Bacon out to assess my AC and boy am I sure glad I did! Austin L., the tech, found so many more issues than I could have ever imagined and had a solution for each. He was professional, personal, and extremely knowledgeable. I also love how Bacon sent a picture of the tech that is coming to your home! Thanks to Bacon my AC is up and running, and honestly thanks to Austin for going the extra mile with some other issues he may suspect and having a different part of the Bacon team coming to assess those for us!!!
The following day Alexis A., Gustavo C., Diego, and a few other techs I didn’t catch the name of came and put a WHOLE NEW UNIT, fixed a gas leak, and replaced a hot water heater! I got the Bacon wrap and it’s better than ever. The boys left the house clean, were professional and knowledgeable! Very nice to my annoying dog too!

Christian and Tim absolutely crushed the new system install. Unfortunately for them, the old system chose the middle of summer to cross the rainbow bridge, but they stuck it out in that sweat box of an attic and got it done. Fit and finish was top-notch, and Christian helped me find and fix some issues with the second A/C system as well. Not one complaint out of them the whole time. The duct cleaning was the real treat; Tim went the extra mile cleaning those and came out looking like Batman because there was so much dust covering him. Come to think of it, I’ve never seen Batman and Tim in the same room at the same time! Gig’s up, Tim, we know who you are.
So there you go, with Bacon, you get superheroes to come install your new A/C system! And these guys have superior knowledge of AC&R, unlike most superheroes who have to ask a million questions first, speculate the wrong culprit, and let half the city blow up before they make any progress.
