Cole McNabb was great and polite! Answered all my questions, no complaints about the technician! However, I felt it was expensive to pay $240 just to change the capacitor; the part was like $30 on Amazon or a few other places I looked up. I really wish they could have charged me $150, which seems like a fair price. Also, there was a leak (could be) from the AC outdoor unit after the capacitor was changed, or it may be condensation, which I did not see before. I have requested a reinspection; hopefully they send the technician back to look at the water around the copper pipes to make sure it’s not a leak, and hopefully they would consider my request to charge $150 and refund $90. And if they do refund $90, I will stick to this company forever! Hopefully management will look at my request. Way better than American Home Shield, who hire crap vendors, but once the reinspection is done I will update the review.

Mr. Mullinnix was fantastic!!! Personable and professional. My husband was out of town, and Mr. Mullinnix was patient in explaining everything to both of us. He was also kind to our two dogs, who wanted a little attention before he began troubleshooting the issue. The pricing was fair, and the membership was worth it given the required additional work needed for an almost 10-year-old AC unit. Homeownership is not for the weak, however when you have trusted a company like Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric who hires great technicians such as Mr. Kellen Mullinnix, you can’t go wrong. ❤️🙏🏾😊

I had an issue with my AC where the technician didn't properly diagnose during my annual tune-up and unfortunately resulted in a costly repair a little over a month later. Annie provided excellent customer service by following up on my issue, investigating it, and offering a reasonable accommodation for customer satisfaction. I believe in the mantra that people can make mistakes, but it's how the mistake is rectified that matters most.
