We've been using Bacon since we moved to The Colony in 2018. They are great. All of their technicians are respectful and don't try to strong-arm you into some product or another. They come in, inspect or fix, inform you what was done. Then they recommend, and wish you well. I'm glad we have one number to call regarding most of our household repairs. We have their yearly inspection program, which means they come out once a year and inspect our plumbing, electric, washer, dryer, sinks, water heater, AC units, toilets for "free." The program price is a steal for the services one gets.

DeWayne performed an electrical inspection this week. He explained the results. A couple things were flagged, but he didn't try to upsell me. I like not being pressured to buy stuff. I will get the whole house surge suppressor since I get a lot of lightning strikes in my area. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome of the inspection.

Highly recommend Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric!! From start to finish, everyone was awesome! I spoke with both Marcy and Tasha over the phone to schedule an electrical inspection. They were both very friendly, answered all my questions, and were very accommodating with our schedule. Zac came out to do the inspection. He was very thorough, explained everything, he was very polite, and didn’t mind that my grandson wanted to hug him a million times. This company has no competition, they are that good! We will be joining their Family and Friends program! Update: We had a leak with our AC unit so we scheduled an appointment online. Chris F came by today, looked at everything, gave recommendations with price, and will be back next week to do the work. Chris was great, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was very friendly. Even wore little booties over his shoes so he wouldn’t track dirt into our house. Highly recommend this company!
