Excellent hot water pipe and hot water heater replacement required due to February below freezing temps bursting pipe. Bailey C and apprentice Jeff open to my questions and clarifications. After project completed, they cleaned up neatly and returned washer to utility room. In June, Willy traced plumbing leak, originally thought to be washing machine leak... was broken drain pipe fitting.

We are part of the 'Friends & Family' at Bacon Plumbing and have been for years. We always have a great experience, but I have to recognize Marco & Bailey in particular. They are AMAZING and did such a fantastic job! They spent the last three days working late into the evening caring for our home. We had a leak in one of our copper pipes that ran through the slab under the kitchen. Yes, a homeowner's nightmare! We decided to repipe our entire house because with Texas soil and copper pipes, it was just a matter of time until it happened again. When you are dealing with a stressful situation like this, having a great company actually care for you is everything, but Bailey & Marco took it to a whole other level. They went the extra mile to communicate their progress throughout the day, they were meticulous in cutting out the sheet in the walls (several contractors even commended their work), and cleaned up every night and throughout the process. They also navigated around my office based on the meetings I had scheduled that day since I work from home, reassuring me what part of the house they were working on so I could change work locations if needed. They were kind, thoughtful, professional, and truly made this stressful process so much easier. I can't describe enough how much we appreciate them and the care that they put into their work. We have used Bacon for plumbing and HVAC service a few times now, including a complete replumb of our 2-story home. In each case, the tech crews were skilled, respectful, and efficient. I would give 5 stars except for the consistent admin issues I have experienced. Our most recent visit had three admin staff calling within 2 minutes letting me know Brad was coming out now. On prior work orders, they rescheduled a crew (mid plumbing project) and then proceeded to blame it on me and my non-existent daughter who they said called and cancelled. Again, mid-project. Our water was off and I only found out crews were not coming when I called to ask where they were. I understand confusing clients, but to deny it and blame me, with no apology when the truth came out, is unacceptable for me. We are part of the friends and family plan that so far has been a very good way to basically have skilled crews on a very reasonable retainer for any technical needs. I see it as an insurance policy, but this one actually has already paid off with a free HVAC check out and a plumbing repair which they did not charge the service call. I am grateful to have them support our service needs, just REALLY want them to clean up the admin side of things.

Steven and the team of workers dug down 91" to locate what was a separated pipe creating the leak. Steven kept me updated on his findings as well as the progress of the repair. Just a follow-up that our AC is still working great and the days of a sauna house are in the past.
We have now had all our plumbing redone. Dillan and Dillan were great. Dillan was very responsive to inquiries that I had. The diggers were fantastic and did a great job. The brick work from where they had to break into the side of the house was redone well. The sticker shock was real, but I know this is an investment in our forever home.
