Oh my! I can’t say enough good things about your tech, Connor! From the moment he walked in the door, he was here to help. He was very pleasant. Just a real gentleman. I just happened to mention to him about Atmos Energy coming out to all our homes a few days ago, went around and noticed they had switched out all our meters, put a note on mine with no explanation of what they did, come to find out they had put a lock on my meter, which by doing that, caused me to have no hot water. So, Connor suggested the best thing to do is call Atmos to see why they cut off my water by placing a lock on my meter. Connor stayed with me while calling them in case I needed him to explain to them what they had done. Atmos had made an error and sent a tech out to my house within an hour to take the lock off and relight my hot water heater. Connor stayed with me still to make sure everything was working properly. Connor is a great asset to your company, Bacon. Am so glad you sent him out today to figure all this out for me. Happy camper that I have hot water now so I can take a hot bath tonight. Ryan was fantastic! He came and checked my 93-year-old dad's propane tank for leaks, and also came inside and asked questions about what things ran off of propane, and how much propane we had been using. We explained the number of outages and why we suspected a leak. Ryan was very professional and kind to my dad, explaining how propane works and how a typical leak inside the house would be determined and the cost. After Ryan looked at our usage history from the last month, and what we had used since the recent delivery 3 days prior, we determined not to get the leak test due to costs and the information Ryan provided. I was so happy that it was him that came out. He is so knowledgeable and kind, it felt like we were dealing with a friend, not a business. It's very refreshing nowadays to deal with a reputable company and staff who genuinely care about their customers and issues, and don't try to sell you services just to make money. THIS IS WHY WE WILL ALWAYS GO TO BACON PLUMBING IN THE FUTURE!!!!

Joshua arrived on time and was extremely professional. He asked questions to be sure he understood the scope of the work and thoroughly explained the best way to solve our plumbing problem. (He needed to move a gas pipe, which required a little sheet rock work on an inside wall.) Once we agreed on the scope of the work, he performed the work quickly and thoroughly, which actually required a trip for him to go to a plumbing supply store to get the proper pipe fittings. Once the job was complete, he cleaned up the area very well and helped us make sure everything was in working order. He could not have been nicer and more professional.

We’ve had Bacon come to hook up our pizza oven on our natural gas line and it works seamlessly. We signed up for a membership for both of our houses in Dallas and Plano. I called Bacon and spoke to Marcie. I asked if they could send a field service technician to address a decayed gas line that was reported to me by Atmos. Of course, this is 2 days prior to the Thanksgiving holidays and I was concerned they wouldn't be able to send someone out till after the holidays!
Marcie quickly set me up to send out a field tech to come by to assess the work needed.
Jesse Martinez came out and quickly assessed the work needed. This young man was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He said he could fix the issue upon my approval. Once he got started, I knew they had sent out the right guy. In my opinion, Jesse went above and beyond throughout the whole process and did an outstanding job!
