I highly recommend Bacon! I have used them several times now due to plumbing and AC issues. The staff & entire Bacon Team work quickly and professionally to help you in every way so your problems are resolved. Austin Lewis went above and beyond to help me with my AC issues I had last week on Thursday/Friday. Once again, so impressed with Bacon & the Bacon Team I'm now a member of the Bacon Friends & Family Plan/Benefits.

Great communication from the office and their field team - that kind of customer service is greatly appreciated. We’d like to thank Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric for such a positive experience with the installation of a new HVAC system! From start to finish the people at Bacon were easy to communicate with and were extremely professional. Step one was thoroughly examining our home and current HVAC system. They discovered some minor changes that would make our new system work more efficiently and explained it well. Next, they scheduled the installation of a super efficient Amana HVAC system the following day. They were prompt and on time. The installers were careful with our flooring and furniture as they brought the new unit in and took the old unit out. At the end of the installation, you would’ve never known we had workers in the home or any type of installation. The house was as clean as it was before they arrived. As they tested the unit, we were taught how to use the new thermostat. We highly recommend Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric for all your household needs. Yesterday we had a new air conditioner unit installed. Diego, Alex, and Landon were the group of technicians that came out for the installation. They called when they were on the way, arrived at the time they specified. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They explained every step of the process and took excellent care of breaking down the old unit and installing the new unit. I give them all 5 stars and Bacon is lucky to have them as employees! They took their time and did the installation perfectly. Now we have air in this Texas summer heat! Thank you for a job well done! Amazing and highly recommend!

After contacting 6 plumbing, heating & A/C companies for quotes on performing routine annual service on the A/C and a tankless hot water system, choosing Bacon was a no-brainer based on price and range of services based on their $16/month membership plan coverage. Quality of service was added on the same day when Brandon arrived to scope my water & sewer lines (one of 5 services covered by the plan at no additional charge). He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and energized! Happily, my pipes were all good, but he did alert me to some moving water in a pipe, allowing me to identify the guest toilet as requiring my attention. Today, I will meet another tech coming to service the tankless, again for no charge... Thank you, Bacon & Brandon!
